Motor Show 2004

Posted by Hello

Exclusively for Bataan Riders Only

Our group watched and witnesses the 1st Motor Show in Orani, Bataan. This motor show was organized by MSRC (Motor Sports Riders Club) and main sponsored by Shell Orani of Vice Mayor Hon. Benjie Serrano, Orani Councilman Tonton Bernales and Honda Motor Sport Orani with other sponsored by Mangaliman Store, MOTOR-R Motorcycle parts, Armando Motor Works, Farmacia Guzman, Racing Point Ent, Mr. Danny Punzalan and WD Motorcycle Parts & Accessories.

The show started 4:00 pm with motorcade by MSRC riders around the town and the venue was being held at Orani Town Plaza. The registration entry is 300.00 pesos only. The prices were 4,ooo pesos for each category of XRM 110cc and WAVE 125cc with trophy. All motorbikes entry has been given Honda Motor Oil for free as gratitude for joining the event.

The competitions Judges are Vice-Mayor Benjie Serrano and Councilman Tonton Bernales.

The criteria of judging: they’d categorized the participants’ motorbikes for its originality, safe motoring and the best beautiful motorbikes. The bike should not just beautifully paint but also has their complete and original parts of Honda Wave and XRM like original rear, front and signal lights, horn, side stand and center stand and registration. You can put accessories all you want on your bike but as MSRC President said on the night of the event that their main concern was safety motoring, which I applaud and agree since we had the same goal for all the riders. So the judges look into the bikes and categorize each motorbike participants’ carefully. I know the judges had a hard time judging all the bikes entry because all the participants’ motorbikes has its on beauty, originality and special touch. They’d spent a lot of money, sweat and also a hard time putting one bike to become the best of them all.

For me, the said event was successful because you can’t even saw the bikes entry due to mass of people who watched the show. And some of other Motor Group from other town watched, joined and supported the event.

I would like to congratulate the organizer and MSRC group for the success of the said Event even though my son’s motorbike entry didn’t win that night… it’s okay with us … there still many Motor Shows to come… what’s important thing is that all other Motor Group from other town joined and participated in this event and that’s Sportsmanship.

Congratulations to all the winners and participants’ in this event! And congratulations to the organizer and groups participants’ for their effort and hard time of put up this kind of event.

MAD DOG Philippines’ present…

The Biggest Motorbike Event of the Year! BIKETOBERFEST in CLARK…
DOG TEN – 10 years of Riding Free!!!

This event of the year was being held at Clark Air Base Pampanga last Oct. 23… the groups 10th year Anniversary. All the Mad Dog’s Philippines members gather and reunite with other Mad Dog’s Asian members’ like Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Japan. They invited loads of Bikers’ group from different places to join their 10th year celebration.

The event was full pack of Mad Dogs’ riders and Riders’ from other places. The said event was 2 days affair, free registration and the food was affordable, reasonable and cheap which they’d offer to all members and guest who arrive at the said event. They’ve got lots of fun and games for riders whose registered like the slowest race, fastest race, BEST/most beautiful bikes for under bone bikes, scooter and BIG BIKES and many more… and by the night comes they have open party discos for everybody. They’d also offered Bikini Bike Wash with sexy girls in their 2-piece bikini suit, for sale souvenirs t-shirts for Members’ and Non-members’, DVD tape (whole story of Mad Dog how the group Started), fire crackers and Henna Tattoo.

We arrive at the venue by 11:30 am, we already seen lots of Mad Dog’s Harley Davidson and many old or rather classic bikes, new top of the line and different BIG Bikes, Scooters and under bone motorbikes. By 12:30, they called all Motorbikes Groups president to joined the Mad Dog’s President to have there Gobble lunch (roasted pork and rice for lunch) as the sign of unity and courtesy to all riders (I hope I said it right, I’m sorry if I was mistaken in some sentences). By 2:00 pm the games started.

Our groups leave by 3:00 pm but the games were still proceeding and they had lot more of surprises activities to come. We cannot stay longer because we have other event to be attending the same day. We enjoyed every minute of it and it was such a great experience seeing all the Mad Dogs’ members from all over Asia. The event was a big success and while leaving the venue there still lots of riders groups coming and going to witness the “Event of the Year!”

Congratulations to Mad Dogs’ 10th year Anniversary!!!

BRF present “pa-drag sa PILAR”

We watched and attended the first legal “Drag Race of Motorbikes in Bataan” last October 10, it was being called “pa-drag sa PILAR” and was being organized by “BRF (Bataan Riders Federation- headed by Jon Bautista of Works Motor Riders and in cooperation of different Bikers Groups of Bataan) with the help and support of Mayor of Pilar, Bataan Hon. Charlie Pizarro” and sponsored by KAWASAKI, TOTAL Petrol station and Bataan radio station. The said occasion/competition was successful as we’ve witness the coming and going of people on the said event.

The competition was being held along the highway of Palihan, Pilar. It was a whole day affair with such a thrilling event for us and as well to lots of audience. Competitors’ motorbikes and participants riders can compete on the said event by category and class of stock and open under bone motorbikes like 110 cc; 125 cc and 135 cc and Scooter bikes. All the riders are mandated to wear complete motorcycle gear for their protection and for unwanted accident. Only one winner will take home the grand price by their class or category races. May the best and the fastest motorbikes will WIN in this event of the year!

No hassle, no unwanted cars or motorist can pass by on the said area without being notified by race official for safety precautions of all riders and audiences also. There are lots people who drop by and watched the event; there are lots motorbikes fanatics in the said town, near by town and far places town as well to watch the event so the place is pack of people. I’ve seen lots of old folks, youngster and parents watched also the event.

In my own opinion the event was little bit unorganized (since this was the first time, this kind of competition ever happens in Bataan) because of the audience flow and they cannot control all the people who watched the competition due to excitement. They wanted to saw who was racing and who won the race at the same time. The event was successfully finished because there was no accidents happen during the race. I want to applaud and congratulate the race organizer and the entire race official on the said event. Maybe next year, everything will be organized meticulously and more successful than this year event.

In behalf of our group and members, we supported this kind of event for the safety of all motorist owners and riders. Since my son is also a motorbike race driver, my husband and I supported him and all the motorbikes owner and riders who joined in this event. For the youngster (like my son) who loves to ride their motorbikes to be more responsible to avoid any accident and time will come your parent will understand and support you like what we did to our son, since we are also motorbikes fanatics as well.

To all the motorbikes owners and riders may we see you again next year!

about our group " WEST KM.111 RIDERS"

In our place, we had plenty other motorbikes group… but their fewer adventurers and thrill seeking. Us, we prefer long distance travel and extreme places to see and we are more adventurers since we love to see new and great places. We preplan and prepare all our travels in the future. Even some other riders groups cannot believe we travel in these very far places, they cannot seems to think and believe we travel that far and could do it with only our under bone motorbikes (it is the category they called in 110 cc motorbikes here).

Everybody was very busy recent year and our schedule didn’t match so we are having a hard time exploring far places but usually our whereabouts is nearby our district but a little risky but exciting places. Mostly we travel around our place like the narrow road and sharp curves of Morong, Bataan; twist and turn of Olongapo City; the lahar landslide in Tarlac & Pampanga; some inaccessible road of Subic Base and a lot of unreachable foothill of Bataan; the narrow lanes and sharp hairpin bends and turns of Baguio City; these are the places usually our members route when we don’t long distance journey.

Other members and friends used to go far places without us (girls), they’d gone to places like Sagada and Aritao Mountain Province; Hundred Island in Alaminos, Pangasinan; Aparri, Tugegarao and Claveria, CagayanProvince; Vigan, Laoag in Ilocos Norte; Dingalan, San Vicente and Baler (our recent travel last Sept. 6&7) Aurora Province. I’m going to construct everything in here soon… PLEASE! BEAR WITH ME!
